Click and collect policy

Welcome to Family Farm Meat Market. We aim to provide a seamless and convenient Click & Collect experience for our valued customers. Please read through our Click & Collect policy to understand how the process works and ensure a smooth transaction.

How it works
  1. Place Your Order
    Browse our website and add your desired products to the cart. Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout and select the "Click & Collect" option.

  2. Select Pickup Location and Time
    Choose your preferred pickup location. Ensure that you indicate pick up date and time in the notes section of the cart page. Please note that all orders require at least one days notice to prepare.

  3. Order Confirmation
    After completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and pickup instructions. Please ensure your contact information is accurate to avoid delays.

  4. Pickup Your Order
    Arrive at the selected location during your chosen time slot. Bring a copy of your order confirmation (digital or printed) and a valid ID for verification.

Important information
  1. Order Preparation Time:
    Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance to allow sufficient time for preparation. Same-day pickups may not be available.

  2. Order Changes and Cancellations:
    If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us at least three hours before your scheduled pickup. Changes or cancellations after this period may not be accommodated.

  3. Uncollected Orders:
    Orders not collected within one day of the scheduled pickup time will be subject to additional fees.

  4. Refund Policy:
    Refunds are only available for orders canceled within the allowed timeframe. Once an order has been prepared, no refunds will be issued.

  1. Can someone else collect my order on my behalf?
    Yes, but they must provide the order confirmation and a valid ID matching the name specified during checkout.

  2. What if I’m running late?
    Please notify us as soon as possible if you are unable to collect your order. We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability beyond the agreed timeframe.

  3. Are there additional fees for Click & Collect?
    No, there are no extra charges for using our Click & Collect service.
