Refund Policy

At Family Farm Meat Market, we take pride in providing you with the highest quality meats. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below. 

How it works

We strive to ensure that you are happy with your order. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only accept returns or exchanges for items that are defective, damaged or incorrect. All return requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

 

To return an item, it must be its original packaging. We are unable to accept returns for products that have been partially consumed or no longer in their original condition. Please ensure that the product is kept refrigerated or frozen, as applicable, to maintain its quality. 

To initiate a return, please bring your receipt or proof of purchase to the store or contact your preferred store location.

Refunds

​​Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If the refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method (e.g., credit card) within 3-5 business days. 

Late or Missing Refunds 

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe: 

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to officially post. 

  3. Reach out to your bank for further clarification. 

If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please your preferred store location and we’ll be happy to assist further. 

Exchanges

If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we’d be happy to exchange it for the same product. Please contact your preferred store location or visit our store with the item and your proof of purchase. All exchanges must be requested within 7 days of purchase.
